					<description><![CDATA[Surface mount box for Aperio wireless hubs. Now with threaded inserts!!]]></description>
										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This back box is designed for any Aperio hub, and features a ceiling bracket that adjusts the angle of the hub.  The wire is &#8220;mostly concealed&#8221; within the bracket and the back box.  This allows a hub to be mounted in more unique locations.</p>
<p><strong>03-30-2026</strong> <strong>Added brass threaded inserts</strong> to the box to allow a better connection between the Hub and surface box.  Two 4-40 x 3/8&#8243; screws provided.</p>
<p><strong>02-04-2026</strong> Created a variation that allows a <strong>wiremold</strong> connection.  This style has no ceiling mount post, but does include two holes in the bottom so the box can be fastened to the wall or ceiling. Wiremold model 700/500 compatible.</p>
<p><strong>07-31-2024</strong> Updated the design to <strong>enlarge the wire channel</strong>. Now an RJ45 connector can fit straight through.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>These latch collars will hold a cylindrical latch within the door, so it does not fall out of the lock chassis.  This was created for a job where UNIT locks were removed and cylindrical locks were installed (with a wrap plate).  An issue was discovered where if the latch screws became loose, the latch could swing out of the lock chassis. This would prevent both handles from working and could allow people to get locked in (and out).</p>
<p>The design of this block has two dimensions: 1) 1-3/4&#8243;; 2) 1-1/2&#8243;.   Installing this on a latch is easy (no tools needed) and there is a friction fit so it wont rattle around inside the door.</p>
