Vertical Rod Spacer-IN Series

This spacer and instructions allow you to mount any IN series reader/controller centered on a surface vertical rod exit device. The instructions detail how to adjust the normal installation process and template to accommodate the new position.

This item includes the 3D printed spacer, some screws, and the instructions.

Custom Airlock/Interlock Controller

Custom airlock controllers used is research and pharmaceutical facilities to ensure proper air pressures are maintained. When one door opens, several other adjacent doors are kept locked. Or optionally a series of red/green lights can be used instead of locking the doors. The controllers are programmed to operate EXACTLY how your customer wants it. A wiring drawing is provided which allows the installer to terminate each component of the system properly. Finally if there are any new requirements that come up, these controllers can be reprogrammed or expanded to accommodate.

Shared Bathroom Controller

This circuit board is used in the application of a shared bathroom. That is two patient rooms that share a common bathroom. By using two fail safe locks (with RX switches) and a momentary privacy button, the occupant can ensure they get privacy when they need it. By adding some LED panels on the outside of each door, this board can display RED for ‘occupied’ and Green for ‘available’.

Requires 24vdc power source, 24vdc fail safe locks with RX switches, 24vdc LED panels

Electrical specs: 24vdc input, 11ma at rest, 50ma when active. Relay contacts are 5amp rated

Mounting: This can be installed inside of the power supply or can come in it’s own enclosure.

Cylinder hole filler (Partial)

Purpose: Used when a door is prepped for the wrong hand for an IN series mortise lock. Once the door is re-prepped and the lock installed correctly, the original cylinder hole is not covered. This “plug” can be installed to fill this hole and its held in place once the IN series cover is installed.

Drill Guide-Mortise Door Marker (All Plastic) *New

This one item gets you two drill guides for the IN series MORTISE locks. They are intended for the Sargent & Corbin Russwin locks and any IN series technology (IN100, IN120, IN220). This will help the installer locate all of the required holes.

This guide can be fastened to the door with 2 #8 screws, or clamps. All temps screw holes will be covered by the product as it’s being installed.

Note: This item is built to order and can require a lead time of several days.

Reader Desk Mount

This desk mount for the Accentra updaters can accept both the NTX612 & NTX642. Just flip this stand over and mount the appropriate size updater. There are two holes on the back face, for the wire that goes to the controller.

Multiple colors are available. This item does have a long print time, so it will take a couple of days before it ships.

DPS Holder (for mounted samples)

This DPS holder mounts to the edge of a lock sample and allows the DPS magnetic portion to sit in two postions: Over the switch portion (showing a closed door) and away from the switch portion (showing a door open). This is especially handy for checking door held open conditions.

OSDP Enclosure for Cypress Adapter

This is an enclosure only that can contain an adapter board from Cypress Integration Solutions. This adapter board can be used with an updated Weigand Tester (WT2) and a custom cable to test the SN series integrated locks, in OSDP mode.

Note: The WT2 may need an updated firmware chip. Check with the product manager.
